RETURNS

For most products, you have 14 days to notify us if you want to cancel your order or exchange an item. PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON PIERCED EARRINGS. 

How to return or exchange a product

  1. Email us for a returns form
  2. Print and fill out the form
  3. Package the item up and send it back to us We recommend a signed-for delivery service with proof of postage
  4. We process the refund directly to your payment card, in no more than 30 days
